Home based Lifestyle Concierges and Mentor positions form the foundation of Conciant’s Lifestyle Concierge platform. Standard operating hours for full-time and part-time Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors are currently Monday through Sunday 7:00am-12:00am Pacific Standard Time. Full-time Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors will be required to work 40 hours weekly, currently broken into 8.5-hour shifts. Part-time Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors will be required to work a minimum of 18 hours per week, currently broken into shifts between 3 and 8 hours in length, not to exceed 20 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday work is required. Fluency in English is required. Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: French, German, Spanish or Italian.

Conciant is currently hiring Lifestyle Concierges and mentors in the following states: California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Baja California.

As a requirement of the work at home arrangement, Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors will be responsible for providing and paying for all office supplies and equipment, including Internet access. Conciant only reimburses Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors for business related phone calls, mailing expenses, installation and monthly fees for one dedicated phone line for incoming business related calls only.
System, Telephone and Office Requirements to be provided by Lifestyle Concierges and Mentors:

• Processor Speed - 1GHz or higher
• Operating System - Windows XP OR Windows 2000 Pro with service pack 2 (Windows ME and MAC are not supported)
• MS Office - Including Word and Excel
• Memory - 512 MB RAM or higher
• Web Browser - Minimum: IE 6 with service pack 1
• Internet Access – 1 .5 Mbps High Speed Internet Access - DSL or Cable Modem (Dial up, Satellite, and Wireless Connections are NOT allowed).
• Telephone - Analog (not digital), corded phone (Not Cordless), key pad needs to be on the base (can not be on handset), the handset needs to be removable (cord from jack). Sony, AT&T or Panasonic brands only.
• Telephone Access - One work phone line (land line only) dedicated to Conciant.
• Fax- Ability to receive and send faxes.
• Monitor - 800 x 600 resolution
• Sound - Sound card with speakers or USB speakers (PC with USB support).
• Instant Messenger - Required (IM)
• Anti-Virus Software - Current and regularly updated anti-virus software required (Norton Anti-Virus preferred).
• Home Office - Home office is in a separate room that is noise free and has a door with locks.
• Shredder Machine – Required.
• File Cabinets - Required to have file cabinet with lock.

Lifestyle Concierge

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Receive and execute a wide range of service requests received in person at Conciant’s retail location, by phone, through www.conciant.com, email and fax.  Service requests are wide ranging and may include requests for restaurant reservations and referrals, floral delivery, gift or personal shopping, ticket enquiries, locating hard to find and luxury items, arranging for journey and accommodations.  Conciant’s Service Directory is comprehensive and contains hundreds of services most typically requested by Conciant members.

Responsible for all communication with Conciant members.
Cultivate and nurture Conciant member relationships.  Build member trust, loyalty and confidence.
Receive and timely complete requests.
Administration, media, marketing and advertising of Conciant Memberships.
Source, secure and maintain relationships with Conciant Partners—suppliers and service providers.
Organization.  Efficiency.  Accuracy. 
Excellent Research, Writing and Oral Communication Skills.

Required Experience:  Minimum of one (1) year of dedicated customer service work.

Lifestyle Concierge Mentors

Conciant’s Lifestyle Concierge Mentors are primarily responsible for training, mentoring and directing Conciant Lifestyle Concierges.  Mentors also perform all functions of Conciant’s Lifestyle Concierges, filling those shoes as and whenever necessary.  Mentors track all Conciant member requests from intake to timely fulfillment, always with the highest priority and efficiency.  Mentors establish procedure, help shape policy and maintain quality control.  Most importantly, Mentors see to it that Conciant members are unqualifiedly 100% satisfied with Conciant membership.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lifestyle Concierge responsibilities as and whenever necessary.
Assure quality and productivity standards of all Lifestyle Concierges.
Develop and implement staff schedules.
Conduct performance reviews.
Promote a positive work environment and provide constructive feedback to all Conciant employees.
Effectively communicate and manage changes/transition in fulfillment, operating and policy.

Required Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.  Conciant recognizes qualified life work experience, as well as vocational training, as the equivalent of a formal education.

Required Experience: Successful completion of New Hire training, together with all required continuing education and training.

Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, manage and support employment, training and hiring policies.
  • Recruit.
  • Employee retention.
  • Initial screening of all new Conciant employees.
  • Development of and participation in orientation.
  • Development of employee relations policy.
  • Assisting in performance review and development of reward and compensation programs.
  • Develop and implement training and learning programs for all Conciant employees.
  • Source, administer and manage all benefits of Conciant employment.

    Required Education:   Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.  Conciant recognizes qualified life work experience, as well as vocational training, as the equivalent to a formal education.

    Required Experience: 3+ years human resources, recruiting, employee supervision and management experience.

Strengths include research, planning, analysis and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Membership Sales Managers

Conciant Lifestyle Concierge is looking for sales professionals that have a desire to manage a region as a sales leader. This is a position that offers rapid advancement based on individual sales performance.

Must have:

Excellent phone and face to face presentation skills.

Sales experience (Preferred background in membership sales.)

Thrives on exceeding weekly/monthly quota expectations.

Desire to oversee multiple regions, build and lead local sales teams.

Travel requirements:  Occasional--All travel expenses (including per diem for food and personal expenses) are paid by CLC.
