Is Conciant insured against loss?

Conciant is insured to the teeth. Conciant carries errors and omissions, general liability and commercial auto insurance at limits customary to the concierge services industry.

How will I be billed?

On-line or paper statement.

Method of Payment

Conciant accepts all major credit cards, cash, electronic funds transfer, personal, business, or cashiers checks—and e-payment services—however, we do not barter—with few exceptions.

When will I be charged for membership?
Membership stipends are paid annually.  First year due, charged and/or invoiced upon acceptance of membership.

How much lead-time is required for services?

Our goal is to be there in a pinch—get it done, make it happen. Pick up your dry cleaning, shop for dinner, take the pooch to the groomer—these types of errands require very little lead-time. Realistically, it depends on the task.  If you’re using our ‘Wedding Planner’, well…we could probably do it in a day—but then we’d have to have a satisfaction waiver—signed in blood. We jest, but you get the point.
