Fritz Salinger spoke to an over flow crowd in February at the Waldorf in Midtown Manhattan. In a presentation characterized as 'Corporate concierge, bonus bonus ', Fritz effectively laid down the advantages. "[sic] on site service is the anathema of production malaise."
Mr. Salinger echoed what we at Conciant Lifestyle Concierge have long been aware of. Take the distractions out of the work place-provide staff with more recuperative/restorative time, and commerce sails along quite nicely. Distracted, stressed and overwhelmed personnel cannot deliver great performance. It's the principal of diminishing returns as defined by Conciant. Nineteen of twenty HR officers surveyed endorsed corporate concierge services . The one dissenter admitted it wasn't the concept of a corporate concierge service as much as the company engaged to deliver services that disappointed.
Fritz, while reticent to recommend any particular concierge service, gave high marks to Conciant Lifestyle Concierge. "Top of the list for CY 2006 is Conciant, a corporate concierge service provider headquartered in Rancho Mirage, CA." There are, of course, other companies doing excellent work, but how happy was Conciant to garner such a distinctive endorsement.
