Conciant

Conciant. An odd, almost French sounding name. Finally, when my curiosity peaked, I went to the Website. Conciant Lifestyle Concierge? Now, I’m very curious. I’d heard of a concierge of course. Better hotels have them. They arrange things like transportation, reservations, special requests that guest have like a particular label or services, a feather pillow or down coverlet, whatever the guest needs really. But a lifestyle concierge? Conciant isn’t a hotel. What Conciant is—is a concierge service for the public at large.
They deliver services much the way a hotel concierge does. A request is made, and the lifestyle concierge hastens to fill it. There are, however, huge differences. Conciant’s concierges are available to everyone. Conciant Lifestyle Concierge is global. Their services menu has over 310 items, and still they announce that ‘whatever the whim’ (as long as it’s legal and ethical), all wishes will be granted.
Cost is nominal, benefit? Well I have to say—once I’d adjusted to someone toadying for me—bearing my own cross, having always been my norm, I loved it. I love it! I do. When I can have someone do my bidding, and take care of the irritating stuff like shopping, running to the pharmacy, picking up arriving guests and making all the accommodation arrangements. Plus, my Conciant concierge recently took stock and re-supplied my house. My entire house! Who does that? A full time housekeeper maybe, but who else? I’ll share a truth with you. I’m a super busy person, so busy that I often felt so overwhelmed with everything I needed to accomplish that it felt like I was stumbling tiredly through life. Okay, okay—no pity parties, but the truth is I don’t feel that way anymore. Kaboom! Conciant is absolutely the bomb. |
